Processing times vary by item and are outlined on individual product pages and in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Devotion Drip is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing begins. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be guaranteed due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so it can be reviewed and resolved.
