Processing Time
All items are made to order with care.

Processing times vary by item:
• Bags & apparel: up to 10 business days
• Stickers, keychains & smaller items: up to 5 business days

Many orders are completed sooner depending on current volume, but these timeframes help ensure each order is made and packaged with intention.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard (Ground): 2–5 business days
• Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
• Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

Shipping speeds are selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are set by the carrier and may vary due to holidays, weather, or other delays outside of our control.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Devotion Drip is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
