Returns & Refunds
Each item is made to order with care, but returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Stickers and masks are not eligible for return.
Items that have been used or altered are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof so we can make it right.
If approved, we may offer:
• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end (damaged or incorrect item).
